We welcome local and  international students from all over the world. As our culture at ECLA stands we do not discriminate against race, colour, background or gender. The communal life at ECLA provides the student the opportunity to relate with people from backgrounds different from theirs. In the process, the student learns peaceful cohabitation through accommodation of others’ views and opinions. The result is that ECLA students forge relationships and alliances that help in advancing their personal lives and careers as well as those of others.

Admissions at ECLA is competitive, a reflection of the high standard of learning and the level of competition in the school. Students entering Junior Secondary 1 are tested in Mathematics, Use of English, and General Science. Students transferring to other classes are tested in wider range of subjects.

Students from outside Nigeria will be picked up from the airport to the school free of charge. International students also have the opportunity to write the school’s entrance examination from their base with the supervision of their teachers or other responsible adults.
